The creators of the exciting horror adventure Oxenfree have revealed a new project they have been working on for two years now. The game is called Afterparty and has a quite an original premise. The story follows two friends who literally die after the end of their college education and find themselves in the waiting room of Hell where all the bad students go. But Lola and Milo are not bad students and think them endind up there was some mix-up. As they try to find out why they ended up in Hell, the characters find out that their only way out of it is to win a drinking game, playing against the Devil himself.

Afterparty will be an adventure in which we will first go through Hell to challenge the Devil to a fight and then defeat him. Hell is depicted here as a rather happy place of decadence, so characters can indulge in karaoke nights in bars or playing beer pong with bayonets. Just drinking in the Afterparty will have its consequences, depending on what you consume. Different drinks will give you different bonuses and penalties, and combining them will be necessary to get the player to the Devil himself.

We will play Afterparty in 2019, on so far unknown gaming platforms.
