Shock and disbelief in the world of illegal distribution of video games – Chinese pirate group 3DM reportedly will not crack the protection of new games for the whole year to experiment whether this will affect their sales.

Since the beginning of this year, piracy on the PC platform was a hot topic thanks to a series of events around the Chinese group 3DM, Denuvo protection and new games. But no one could have predicted truly surprising news that today conveyed from TorrentFreak.

Rather, that portal says that pirate group 3DM decided that in the next year will not break any protections and will stop serving cracks  for single player PC games, starting today. The information was revealed from head official 3DM forum, so-called. “Bird Sister” who a month ago commented that piracy in the PC gaming could disappear by 2018 if the trend of using complicated Denuvo protection used by Just Cause 3, FIFA 16 and Rise of the Tomb Raider continues.
