Which payment methods are accepted?
GAMEGUiN.com accepts Visa, American Express, Diners, Maestro Card, Aircash, Google Pay, KEKSPay, PayCek, PayPal. You can use any of available payment methods by choosing WSPay at checkout than choosing your preferable payment option.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us so that we can assist you.
How long does it take for my key / code / card to arrive on my email?
Your game key / code / card will be digitally delivered to your mail account after your order goes through our verification system. Whole process can last from few minutes to max 24 hours.
Is everything in your store currently in stock?
Yes, any items that are listed in our shop are in stock.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all digitally delivered goods.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, GAMEGUiN accepts orders from all around the world.
Are the games region free?
Most of the keys are region free, If not it will always say so in the description of the game.
Will downloadable games work on my international console?
Xbox 360 and Xbox One games – Yes, the codes will work with no problems.
Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 games – You will need to create an American PSN account to redeem the code. Anyone can create an American PSN account, check on google for instructions.
Do you accept returns of digital goods outside of EU?
Do to nature of the items, we do not accept refunds for digitally delivered goods. Also, refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a game, failure to meet the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer or for lack of enjoyment while playing the game. If you received a code that is invalid or has already been used, please contact us at support@gameguin.com.
Cancellation Policy
All sales of intangible digital goods are final. Refunds for any “Digital Goods” sold by GAMEGUiN.com” will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:-
Customer asked for a refund before the items are delivered
Items are not delivered after more than 24 hours from issued order (preorders not included)
The digital goods were incorrectly described on the store
The Digital Goods are proven to be defective
All refunds will be issued to the transaction ID related to the sale of the digital goods
Fraud Protection
Every order will go through detailed verification process for fraud protection. GAMEGUiN.com reserves the right to cancel any incoming order which it might believe to be of suspicious nature, such as unauthorized, fraud payments, etc. Suspicious orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered. On some occasions we may ask for a phone number to complete verification process or/and national ID screenshot with customers full name and address.
