Owners of the last part of the Assassin’s Creed franchise will notice today a 3GB-refreshment of their game that brings a number of interesting novelties and improvements. Of some of the new things worth mentioning there is the “Nightmare” difficulty, intended for the stubborn beasts of players who have destroyed enemies across Egypt with one arm and eyes closed. There is also a Horde mode that comes with a new quest “Here Comes a New Challenger”. It gives you a chance to take it all out on an unlimited number of enemies in the arena, who are coming in waves, and is intended for players at the level 32 at the minimum.
The new “Enemy Auto-Level” option allows scaling of weaker enemies to the current player’s level to represent a challenge throughout the entire period of crossing the game. The game that has always impressed us with a visual presentation should look even crisper from this day on as the patch cites and allows you to display higher resolution textures and a better texture loading in the distance.
You can read the entire list of updates and changes at the official game forum, and if you still have not done it, check out why we compared Assassin’s Creed: Origins with the Louvre Museum in Paris in our review.
