This is one example of a primitive idea of augmented reality, but HoloLens is anything but rude – put Microsoft’s device on the head and in front of you will begin to appear holograms that can sometimes seem almost palpable.
HoloLens to this point is not yet commercially available, is available only to developers from the United States and Canada after steep price of 3,000 US dollars. What actually is Microsoft HoloLens?
HoloLens is like a visor that looks like a prop from a futuristic movie, with a large treasure tinted glasses forward frame within which there is a hardware and additional brace for stability. Right at first glance it is clear that this is a premium class of devices, even his box looking enough “fancy”.
The device in its current form is not practical, since it weighs about a pound, so in the long run, it may be a bit uncomfortable. A particular problem I had with the pressure bracket that goes on the nose; Once I took it off I felt more comfortable, but at the same time the visor was a lot looser. HoloLens has great potential for the future as an entertainment device, but also the practical application in various business sectors.
